These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IntimacySutra.com and all related services, courses, and content (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Enerzyzone Vertex Innovations LLP ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Platform, you ("User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Note: Payments and bank/card statements may appear under the discreet billing descriptor "EVI Services".

1. Definitions

• "Content" means all courses, videos, audio, PDFs, webinars, and other material on the Platform.

• "Expert" means a qualified creator whose Content is offered on the Platform.

• "Subscription" means a recurring paid plan that unlocks eligible recorded Content.

• "Account" means your registered user profile on the Platform.

2. Eligibility (18+ Only)

The Platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);

• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for lawful, personal, educational purposes;

• You will not allow any minor to access your Account or the Content.

We may verify age and may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Nature of the Service (Educational & Wellness — Not Medical or Explicit)

The Platform provides educational and wellness content on relationships, communication, emotional connection, and intimate well-being for married and committed adults, created by Experts. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Content is educational and informational, and is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment;

• The Content is not pornographic and contains no explicit or obscene material; it is intended for mature, respectful, educational engagement;

• The Content is no substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor, therapist, or licensed professional;

• You use the Content at your own discretion and risk.

4. Account Registration & Security

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated;

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your Account;

• You may optionally enable a PIN/app-lock for added privacy;

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use;

• We may suspend or terminate Accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Content, Licence & Intellectual Property

• All Content is owned by the Company and/or its Experts and protected by intellectual-property laws;

• On valid purchase/Subscription, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use only;

• Content is delivered as streaming/protected digital media (DRM). You may not download, copy, record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or share the Content;

• Access is limited to a maximum of 2 devices per user. Suspected piracy may be flagged and may result in suspension;

• Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is a breach of these Terms and may attract legal action.

6. Purchases, Pricing & Payments

• Prices are displayed on the Platform; applicable taxes (e.g., GST) are indicated at checkout;

• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your full card details;

• Your statement may show the discreet descriptor "EVI Services";

• We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect completed purchases;

• A tax invoice is issued for eligible transactions.

7. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

• A Subscription unlocks all eligible recorded Content for the active plan period. Live webinars and one-on-one sessions are sold separately and are not included unless expressly stated;

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date;

• You may cancel auto-renewal from Account settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period;

• Lifetime/long-term plans are governed by the terms stated at purchase.

8. Refund & Cancellation

Purchases of digital Content are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on the Platform. Because Content is digital and accessible immediately, refunds are limited as described there. Please review it before purchasing.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose;

• Circumvent DRM, security, or access controls;

• Share, resell, or sublicense your Account or Content access;

• Upload harmful code or interfere with the Platform;

• Harass or harm Experts, staff, or other users;

• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

10. AI-Assisted Features

The Platform may offer optional AI-assisted features (e.g., course recommendations and a learning-support assistant). You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are educational aids only and are not medical, psychological, or professional advice;

• AI responses may be limited to your enrolled Content and may not always be complete or accurate;

• Do not rely on AI features for any health, safety, or crisis situation; in an emergency, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You have rights to access, export, and delete your data as described there.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Platform and Content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind;

• We do not warrant the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular outcome will result;

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

• To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Content giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its Experts, officers, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected piracy, fraud, or unlawful use. On termination, your licence to access the Content ends immediately.

15. Grievance Redressal (IT Rules, 2021)

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints may be addressed to our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
